If Antioch was riding high fresh off their 6-1 takedown of Johnsburg on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Sequoits lost 4-1 to the Grant Community Bulldogs on Tuesday. Antioch haven't had much luck with Grant Community recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Antioch now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Grant Community, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Antioch and Grant Community could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Sequoits (ranked 311th) will meet Grayslake Central (ranked 101st) at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Grant Community will face off against Wauconda at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank disadvantage (362 vs. 72).
