After having lost a blowout in their previous game against McMinn County, Soddy Daisy was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging an 89-52 win over the Sale Creek Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Aidan Haile had a dynamite game, shooting 70% from the field on his way to 22 points in addition to seven assists and six boards. Evan Coleman was another key player, putting up 19 points.

Sale Creek's loss came despite strong showings from Cooper Bailey and Jackson Freeman. Bailey dropped a double-double with 17 points and 17 rebounds, while Freeman went 5-for-9 en route to 16 points and seven boards.

Soddy Daisy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Sale Creek, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
