Baseball Recap: Denfeld Takes a Loss

Denfeld has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.46 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Spring Lake Park Panthers. The Hunters haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Denfeld's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Spring Lake Park, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-7.

Looking ahead, Denfeld will challenge Brainerd at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Spring Lake Park, they are taking a road trip to take on Duluth East at 1:15 p.m. on Saturday.
