Sequatchie County comes up short despite Sam Evitts' strong performance

The Sequatchie County Indians's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fifth straight defeat. They lost to Brainerd at home by a decisive 62-46 margin. That's two games in a row now that Sequatchie County has lost by exactly 16 points.
Despite the loss, Sequatchie County still got an impressive performance from Sam Evitts, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Beckham Mckendrick, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
Sequatchie County has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-15 record this season. As for Brainerd, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-12.
Sequatchie County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Brainerd also has no future games currently scheduled.
