Basketball Recap: White Lake Comes Up Short

White Lake lost against Mishicot last Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The White Lake Lakers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 57-55 to the Mishicot Indians, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Lakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

White Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Mishicot, their win ended a seven-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-12.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. White Lake will square off against Marion at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. White Lake is facing Marion at the right time seeing as Marion is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Mishicot, they will head out to face off against Random Lake at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Random Lake is on a seven-game streak of home losses, Mishicot a three-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck will change.
