Volleyball Game Preview: Deep Creek Hornets vs. Western Branch Bruins + How To Watch

The Deep Creek Hornets are taking a road trip to face off against the Western Branch Bruins at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Deep Creek is coming into the contest on a six-game losing streak.

Deep Creek came up short against Grassfield on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Meanwhile, Western Branch came into Thursday's matchup having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Nansemond River by a score of 3-1 on Thursday.

Western Branch was especially dominant in the fourth set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 24-26, 25-8.

Western Branch's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Deep Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Deep Creek might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Western Branch in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Hornets avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
