Basketball Recap: Memphis Takes a Loss

Memphis was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Wellington Skyrockets and fell 77-11. The game marked the Cyclones' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Memphis' loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Wellington, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Memphis has already played their next matchup, a 47-19 win against Highland Park on the 24th. As for Wellington, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-41 defeat against Clarendon on the 24th.
