Basketball Recap: Crown Point Takes a Loss

Crown Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They had to suffer through an 80-29 loss at the hands of the Bolton Central Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 57-44 back in January.

Bolton Central's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jadynn Egloff, who posted 20 points. The match was Egloff's 12th in a row with at least 15 points. Maille Kelley was another key player, putting up 18 points.

Crown Point's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Bolton Central, their victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-1.

As of now, neither Crown Point nor Bolton Central have any future games scheduled.
