Perry extended their losing streak to three on Tuesday, dropping them down to 6-17-1. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 10-9 heartbreaker at the hands of the Tucson High Magnet School Badgers. If the Pumas were looking for revenge after losing 5-1 to the Badgers when the teams met back in April of 2025, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Alex Lee and Michael Parker did some serious damage despite the final result: Lee went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Parker went 3-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and two RBI. That triple marked the first that Lee has hit this season. Another player making a difference was Ethan Caballero, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
