Lebanon is a perfect 8-0 against Tazewell since May of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Pioneers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. Lebanon is coming into the game hot, having won their last five games.

Last Thursday, Lebanon got the win against Graham by a conclusive 13-1. Considering the Pioneers have won nine contests by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Tazewell came up short against Richlands on Tuesday and fell 10-5. The Bulldogs have struggled against the Blue Tornado recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Lebanon pushed their record up to 15-3 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.9 runs on average over those games. As for Tazewell, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-10.

Lebanon took their win against Tazewell when the teams last played back in April by a conclusive 7-0 score. Will the Pioneers repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
