Basketball Recap: Beaver County Christian Falls to Propel Braddock Hills in First Game of Season

Beaver County Christian had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They fell 50-41 to Propel Braddock Hills on Friday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it five in a row.

Malik Jetter had a dynamite game For Propel Braddock Hills., dropping a double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jaden Powell, who posted ten points and three steals.

The victory got Propel Braddock Hills back to even at 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beaver County Christian and Neighborhood Academy will face off at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. As for Propel Braddock Hills, they will venture away from home to challenge Leechburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
