Volleyball Recap: St. Ansgar Triumphs

St. Ansgar posted their closest victory since October 14, 2024 on Saturday. They skirted past the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks 2-1. This was payback for the Saints, who suffered a 2-0 defeat the last time these two teams met.

St. Ansgar's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Waverly-Shell Rock, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-5.

St. Ansgar didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Cedar Falls on the 13th. As for Waverly-Shell Rock, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Nevada on the 13th.
