Softball Recap: Palisades Pirates vs. Hazleton Area Cougars
Palisades entered their tilt with Hazleton Area on Saturday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They came out on top against the Cougars by a score of 4-1. Karlye Teman made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts any time she's pitched this season.
