Caleb Cornell, Elbert's most accurate shooter this season, solidified his role on Friday. Cornell was locked in, going 5-for-10 en route to 11 points and five steals. The match was his fourth straight with a shooting accuracy of 50% or higher.

Looking ahead, Cornell and Elbert will challenge Kit Carson at 6:30 p.m. on March 7th. Cornell has dominated as far as field goal percentage are concerned (he's averaged 46.7% per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Wildcats have only allowed 0.32 per game this season.
