St. Vincent de Paul is leaving town to face Credo after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. St. Vincent de Paul fell 7-2 to Terra Linda on Thursday.

St. Vincent de Paul saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carson Landies, who went 2-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That's the most hits Landies has posted since back in April of 2024.

Meanwhile, Credo made easy work of Richmond on Monday and carried off a 19-2 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Gryphon.

Credo got a massive performance out of Thadeus Cole, who went 2-for-5 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles. The team also got some help courtesy of Jude Pond, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5.

St. Vincent de Paul suffered a grim 13-6 defeat to Credo when the teams last played back in March of 2024. Can St. Vincent de Paul avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
