Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grind Prep). They blew past the Life Prep Fire 83-50 on Tuesday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the G.R.I.N.D with their most commanding win of the season.

Life Prep lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Marcian Pickstock, who posted 11 points. Laterro Young was another key player, putting up nine points.

With the win, Grind Prep broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-8. As for Life Prep, the defeat snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 13-8 record.

Grind Prep has already played their next matchup (against R.W. Goines Stem Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Life Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 63-51 victory against Ardmore on the 6th.
