Volleyball Preview: Pawnee Indians vs. Calvary Saints
Pawnee has been on the road for three straight, but on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will host the Calvary Saints at 7:00 p.m.
Last Thursday, Pawnee came up short against Mt. Olive and fell 2-0.
The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-11.
While Calvary didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-19), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against Mt. Olive by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.
Calvary never let Mt. Olive on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-22.
Pawnee dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Calvary, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3.
