Basketball Recap: Collins Hill Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Collins Hill can now relate to. The match between them and the East Coweta Indians didn't end well, with the Collins Hill Eagles falling 65-49. The contest marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Qwes Williams was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 28 points and 16 rebounds for East Coweta. Williams' evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. Marcus Towns was another key player, putting up 13 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Collins Hill and nudges their season record down to 16-12. As for East Coweta, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-10.

Collins Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Coweta, they have already played their next matchup, a 60-58 loss against Cherokee on the 22nd.
