Chagrin Falls won the last time they faced Kenston and things went their way on Saturday too. The Chagrin Falls Tigers put the hurt on the Kenston Bombers with a sharp 60-38 victory. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Chagrin Falls' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Avery Russell led the charge by going 8 for 17 on her way to 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lilly Stukus, who posted 15 points and seven rebounds.

Despite the defeat, Kenston had strong showings from Morgan Cicek, who scored 13 points, and Trinity Osterman, who put up nine points. What's more, Cicek also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kait Paystrup, who earned three points.

Chagrin Falls is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season. As for Kenston, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-8 record.
