Baseball Recap: Permian Falls Short of Keller in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Permian can now relate to. They lost 7-1 to the Keller Indians on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Panthers have suffered since April 25, 2024.

Permian's loss dropped their record down to 10-15-1. As for Keller, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-9 record this season.

While Permian had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
