Basketball Recap: Jacksonville Find Success

Jacksonville's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They walked away with a 46-35 win over the Whitehouse Wildcats. That's more bragging rights for the Fightin' Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jacksonville's victory bumped their record up to 11-15. As for Whitehouse, they dropped their record down to 6-14 with the loss, which was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Jacksonville will venture away from home to challenge Nacogdoches at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Whitehouse, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Whitehouse Wildcats duke it out with the Lufkin Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lufkin will roll in looking for their 23rd straight win, something Whitehouse surely won't give up without a fight.
