Basketball Recap: Oneida Nation Comes Up Short

Oneida Nation lost against Saint Thomas Aquinas back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Oneida Nation Thunderhawks were dealt a 66-33 defeat at the hands of the Saint Thomas Aquinas Cavaliers. The Thunderhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Oneida Nation's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Saint Thomas Aquinas, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-2.

Oneida Nation will head out to square off against Niagara at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Niagara knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Oneida Nation likes a good challenge. Saint Thomas Aquinas does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
