Baseball Recap: Little Elm Comes Up Short

Little Elm lost against Flower Mound last Tuesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Little Elm fell just short of Flower Mound by a score of 5-4. The Lobos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Little Elm's loss dropped their record down to 5-13-1. As for Flower Mound, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.

Little Elm will venture away from home to face off against Coppell at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Coppell's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so Little Elm's hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Flower Mound, they will host Lewisville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
