Baseball Recap: Columbus Triumphs

Columbus's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They won by a run and slipped past the New Waverly Bulldogs 6-5.

Columbus now has a winning record of 4-3. As for New Waverly, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coincidentally, Columbus and New Waverly will both be playing Sealy the next time they take the field. New Waverly will head out to face Sealy at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Columbus will head out to face them at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
