Volleyball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

The Hamilton Big Blue came up short against the Finneytown Wildcats on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

Hamilton was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 25-15.

Hamilton's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Finneytown, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Hamilton will square off against Lakota West at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Big Blue are facing the Firebirds at the right time seeing as the Firebirds are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Finneytown, they will face off against Withrow at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
