Basketball Recap: Trimble Tech Takes a Loss

Trimble Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They were outmatched by the Arlington Heights Yellowjackets and fell 76-4. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 50-0 back in January.

It was another big night for ANyah Ivory, who went 9 of 19 en route to 19 points and five steals for Arlington Heights. Ivory is becoming a predictor of Arlington Heights' success: when she posts at least five steals the team is 6-1 (and 6-13 when she doesn't). Nylah Page was another key player, going 7 for 14 on her way to 14 points and six boards.

Trimble Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Arlington Heights, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-14.
