Baseball Recap: Webster Schroeder Comes Up Short

Webster Schroeder was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 9-3 to the Fairport Red Raiders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 on Monday.

Webster Schroeder's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Fairport, their win was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Webster Schroeder will head out to take on Spencerport at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Fairport, they will face off against Brighton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
