On Tuesday, the Holy Family Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to the Horizon Hawks. Perhaps the best among them was Roman Elliott, who went 7 for 13 on his way to 20 points. That's the most points Elliott has posted since back in November of 2023. Holy Family's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Horizon, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holy Family will challenge Frederick at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Holy Family is facing Frederick at the right time seeing as Frederick is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Horizon, they will square off against Legacy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Horizon's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests.
