Basketball Recap: Heber Springs Takes a Loss

Heber Springs lost against Morrilton back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Heber Springs Panthers took a 51-43 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Morrilton Devil Dogs.

Heber Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for Morrilton, the victory got them back to even at 13-13.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Heber Springs will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Pulaski Academy at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th. Morrilton will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against Robinson at 6:00 p.m. on February 18th.
