Baseball Recap: Windsor Comes Up Short

Windsor was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 22-21 heartbreaker at the hands of the Woodstock Wasps. On the bright side, the 21- run performance marked the Yellowjackets' highest-scoring contest to date.

Windsor's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Woodstock, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Windsor will face off against Thetford Academy at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Woodstock, they will take on Randolph at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
