Soccer Recap: Juneau-Douglas Comes Up Short

Juneau-Douglas lost against Colony on Friday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Crimson Bears took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. Juneau-Douglas have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Juneau-Douglas' loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Colony, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Juneau-Douglas will take on West Anchorage at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Colony, they will face off against Palmer at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Palmer will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Colony surely won't give up without a fight.
