North Platte skates past Wellington-Napoleon with ease

Recap: North Platte Panthers vs. Wellington-Napoleon Tigers
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the North Platte Panthers walked away with it. They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Wellington-Napoleon 59-14 on the road. The win was nothing new for North Platte as they're now sitting on seven straight.
North Platte was led to victory by Dylan Armstrong and Jason Shanks. Armstrong gained 34 total yards and three touchdowns, while Shanks rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries.
On the other side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to North Platte's defense and their eight sacks. The heavy lifting was done by Owen Stockbauer and Armstrong who racked up four sacks between them.
North Platte's victory bumped their record up to 9-1. As for Wellington-Napoleon, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.
North Platte is on the road again on Friday and play against Crest Ridge/Chilhowee. Wellington-Napoleon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
