Mesa Ridge won the last time they faced Widefield and things went their way on Thursday too. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Gladiators by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Grizzlies.

Mesa Ridge walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 24-26, 25-21, 25-15.

Gracyen Bonds paced Mesa Ridge's offense, picking up seven kills. Bonds got some help from Lyric Hodges and her 11 assists. Finally, Kayvianna Moore kept Mesa Ridge's defense grounded, leading the team with six blocks.

Mesa Ridge's victory bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Widefield, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7.

Mesa Ridge has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against Canon City on the 14th. As for Widefield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Harrison on the 14th.
