Volleyball Recap: Franklin Gets the Win

Franklin won the last time they faced Wauwatosa East and things went their way on Thursday too. The Sabers came out on top against the Red Raiders by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sabers.

While Franklin might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Wauwatosa East scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-22, 19-25, 25-19.

The victory got Franklin back to even at 6-6. As for Wauwatosa East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 13-6.

Franklin will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Muskego at 6:30 p.m. on October 9. As for Wauwatosa East, they will be taking part in a tournament against Onalaska at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
