Alleluia Community had already won six in a row and they went ahead and made it seven on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Davidson Fine Arts Titans by a score of 2-0. The Angels have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Titans, too.

The 2-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Alleluia Community was: they took both sets by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 25-14.

Alley McBride paced Alleluia Community's offense, picking up seven kills. McBride got some help from Reese Janik and her 17 assists. Janik was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Alleluia Community's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Davidson Fine Arts, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-12.

Coincidentally, Alleluia Community and Davidson Fine Arts will both be playing Aquinas the next time they take the court. The Titans will head out to face the Fightin' Irish at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Angels will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
