There's no place like home for New Bern Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Community Christian Cyclones on Tuesday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was payback for New Bern Christian Academy, who suffered a 3-1 loss the last time these two teams met.

New Bern Christian Academy never let Community Christian on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-18, 25-22.

Alli Anderson paced New Bern Christian Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Anderson got some help from Kaiden Coghill and her 17 assists. Anderson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

When it comes to explaining why Community Christian lost, don't look at Isabella Ford. Despite the final result, she had 24 digs.
