West Shores is a perfect 5-0 against Calexico Mission since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Wildcats will face off against the RoadRunners at 5:00 p.m. West Shores will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each contest than the last.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, West Shores turned things around against Holtville on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Vikings.

Meanwhile, Calexico Mission was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 31st straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 3-1 to Brawley.

Calexico Mission's loss dropped their record down to 0-16. As for West Shores, their victory bumped their record up to 3-11.

West Shores took their win against Calexico Mission in their previous meeting on April 3rd by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wildcats since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
