Basketball Recap: Rochester Academy Takes a Loss

Rochester Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell 65-52 to the Bishop Kearney Kings. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Racers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 88-53 last Thursday.

Rochester Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Bishop Kearney, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-7.

Rochester Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 70-53 loss against Wheatland-Chili on the 27th. Bishop Kearney has also already played their next contest (against Canisteo-Greenwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
