Football Recap: Zephyrhills Victorious + How To Watch

Zephyrhills is still undefeated this season after their matchup against Port Charlotte on Friday, but Port Charlotte came as close as anyone has to beating them. The Bulldogs came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 49-48 W against the Pirates. This was payback for the Bulldogs, who suffered a 28-18 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Zephyrhills' win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Patrick Harding, who threw for 416 yards and six TDs while completing 73.3% of his passes. Those 416 passing yards gave Harding a new career-high. Kingston McCullough was in the mix too, providing Zephyrhills with two scores.

Despite the loss, Port Charlotte still got an impressive performance from Logan Flaherty, who rushed for 123 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 155 yards and one TD.

Zephyrhills' record now sits at 10-0. As for Port Charlotte, they moved to 8-2 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

As of now, neither Zephyrhills nor the Pirates have any future games scheduled.
