Basketball Recap: Hillside Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Hillside and Lumberton squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Hillside had to settle for second. They fell 66-58 to the Lumberton Pirates. The Hornets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hillside's loss dropped their record down to 14-12. As for Lumberton, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-5.

Hillside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lumberton, they will square off against Hoggard at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
