It was a good run, but Gaffney unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to the Greenville Red Raiders 61-55.

Ava Owens continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Greenville, going 11-for-18 to rack up 33 points along with eight boards and four steals. With that strong performance, Owens is now averaging an impressive 15.6 points per game. Miracle Cheeks was another key player, going 9-for-16 on her way to 21 points.

Gaffney's defeat dropped their record down to 24-3. As for Greenville, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-12.
