Basketball Recap: Monday's Win Is Payne Tech's 15th in Last 17 Outings

It was a proper cat-fight when Payne Tech faced off against Arts on Monday. The Payne Tech Lions managed a 73-69 win over the Arts Jaguars. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 55-43 win last Saturday.

Payne Tech has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 17 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.9 points over those games. Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
