Soccer Recap: West Iredell Comes Up Short + How To Watch

West Iredell managed to keep up with Hickory until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Warriors lost 9-0 to the Red Tornadoes. While losing is never fun, West Iredell can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 357th, while Hickory are ranked 50th).

This is the second loss in a row for West Iredell and nudges their season record down to 3-13-4. As for Hickory, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-3-3 record this season.

As of now, neither West Iredell nor Hickory have any future games scheduled.
