Basketball Game Preview: East Tartans vs. West Union Dragons

The East Tartans just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the West Union Dragons at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Friday, East was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 39-35 to Clay.

Meanwhile, West Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. The matchup between them and Manchester didn't end well, with West Union falling 58-41.

East has been struggling recently as they've lost 11 of their last 12 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for West Union, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-14.

East was dealt a bruising 74-34 loss at the hands of West Union when the teams last played two weeks ago. Can East avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
