Oklahoma Union has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging four runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Cleveland Tigers 15-13. The win was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won four games in a row.

Bodee West was a standout: he went 1-for-5 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. That home run was his first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jake Harris, who scored three runs while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Oklahoma Union always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .595. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Oklahoma Union's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
