Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Victory Is Cass Tech's Third in Last Four Outings

Cass Tech won the last time they faced King and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cass Tech Technicians walked away with a 54-42 win over the King Crusaders. The 54-point effort marked the Technicians' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Cass Tech is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for King, their loss dropped their record down to 3-2.

Cass Tech will be playing in front of their home fans against Mumford at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for King, they will venture away from home to challenge Groves at 8:30 p.m. on Friday. Groves knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five contests -- so hopefully King likes a good challenge.
