 Redding Christian is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Quincy is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Redding Christian Lions will take on the Quincy Trojans at 2:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. One thing working in Redding Christian's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last seven games.
 Redding Christian is hoping to deliver their fans another blowout  on Tuesday, just like they did against Chester (and have done all season long). Redding Christian put the hurt on Chester with a sharp  14-4 victory on Tuesday. That's two games straight that Redding Christian has won by  exactly ten  runs.
  Klara Wakeman made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  struck out six batters over  five innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   five  hits. Wakeman has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Wakeman was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances.
 In other batting news, Redding Christian got a  massive  performance out of  Cailee Bowers, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-2. Bowers has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last six times she's  played.  Norah Kim was another key contributor,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
 Meanwhile, Quincy scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Friday. They were the clear victor by  a  34-15 margin over Portola. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Quincy considering their two-run performance the  contest before.
 Like Redding Christian, Quincy also got a great game from a two-way player:  McKynlee Gay. On the mound, she  pitched three innings while giving up just one earned  (and five unearned) runs off   one  hit. Gay was even better at the plate,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in four of her six plate appearances.
 In other batting news,  Jenna Peay was a standout: she got on base  in four of her six plate appearances with six  RBI, three  runs,  and a  stolen base. Another player making a difference was  Addison Gay, who  went 3-for-5 with five  RBI, three  runs,  and a  double.
 Redding Christian is  on a roll lately: they've  won seven of their last nine matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record  this season. As for Quincy, their win bumped their record up to 7-10.
 Both  both teams just can't seem to miss. Redding Christian has been making plenty of contact this season,  having  averaged 12.9  hits per game. However, it's not like Quincy struggles in that department as   they've been averaging  only 4.6. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
