Softball Recap: Gulf Breeze Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Gulf Breeze's offense. They came up short against the Pace Patriots on Thursday, falling 15-0. The Dolphins haven't had much luck with the Patriots recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Gulf Breeze's loss dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Pace, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-1.

Coming up, Gulf Breeze will be playing in front of their home fans against T.R. Miller at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Pace, they are taking a road trip to face off against Milton at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.
