Washburn came into Friday's contest having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the East Grand Vikings, posting a 72-15 victory. The Beavers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 32 points or more this season.

Washburn's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-11. As for East Grand, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.

Washburn will host Easton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Easton has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for East Grand, they will head out to take on Van Buren at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. East Grand is facing Van Buren at the right time seeing as Van Buren is stuck on a 16-game losing streak.
