Basketball Game Preview: Abbott RVT Wolverines vs. Platt Tech Panthers

The Abbott RVT Wolverines will take on the Platt Tech Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.

Platt Tech will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Abbott RVT extended their winning streak to four on Saturday. The Wolverines came out on top against Immaculate by a score of 77-66. The game was the first time the Wolverines have beaten the Mustangs on their court since December 18, 2017.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Platt Tech, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Whitney RVT on Friday as they made off with a 74-52 victory. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 22 points or more this season.

Platt Tech's win bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Abbott RVT, their victory bumped their record up to 14-4.
